• The AD592 is powered by 12V (supplied by the Galil)

• The AD592 outputs 1 micro-Amp / K.

• The 10k Ohm resistor converts this to a voltage change (via Ohm’s law):

V = I*R
0.01 V/K = 1 uA/K * 10^{^4} Ohm

12 bit over 5V = 0.001 V per ADU;
AD592 gives 0.01 V per K;
So measurement resolution is:
0.1 K per ADU (OK for these sensors)
