• LRIS - new red CCD, refurbishment project, labor intensive maintanance

• HIRES - repaired/replaced exposure meter and shutter hardware

• MOSFIRE - updated slit center position, upgrade instrument server to linux, full PypeIt DRP support to come

• OSIRIS - lenslet mask motor replaced, community led tasks for improvement

• DEIMOS - detector upgrade, new dsim tool under development, rotator service mission

• ESI - guider to be upgraded

• KCWI - python DRP released, KOA realtime reduced data, dewar vacuum deterioating, KCRM to arrive in August

• NIRSPEC - hardware failure/control issues resolved, nod control software updated, installed new K-band filter, AO pupil

• NIRES - can use slit viewing guiding, guider shutter to be replaced

• NIRC2 - detector noise improved, trouble with vortex coronagraph + PyWFS, frequent detector server crash, detector epectronics upgrade

• Metrics - stayed on sky despite covid, HIRES and LRIS remain K1 workhorse instruments, KCWI and NIRC2-Py useage increased

• AO - many on-going projects, many improvement tasks

• TDA - steep uptick in TO triggers near the end of semester

• Remote observing - updates in remote observing software and logistics, videoconference hardware upgrade, network security, in line with astro2020 remote observing recommendation
