Note to Will: for initial testing you can ignore the custom cable and its connectors. The flying leads of the ‘Shutter cables’ can directly connect to the terminal board for the Galil (with the flying leads of the power supply adapters sharing the +5V and Ground terminal screw connectors).

To add to diagram: one of the shutters to be labelled as the ‘Science Select Shutter’ and the other will be the ‘Sky Select Shutter’
