Pajama mode policies

Please put your suggestions for pajama mode policies here

Greg: have a pajama observer for remote observing sites on return to operations

Randy: Look at security issues related to ssh keys and passwords

Josh: worth putting some effort on the security issues

Josh: a lot of setup work going into setting up multiple observers for split nights

Elena: Have at least one observer for the entire night in a certified remote site, apart of the pijama mode observers.

Greg: Please email Gloria with telescope changes to reflect the true set up of remote observers - after the fact, as needed.
