2023-05-10 at 01:25 HST: KPF Green Detector deltaT=-6.1
Similar to https://keckobservatory.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KPF/blog/2023/05/06/1532592249 we had a temperature excursion when the CCDPOWER keyword got in to a bad state, then temperature set points came back with incorrect values after kpfgreen was restarted.
