UCB: UCB welcomes outside astronomers provided that the facility is not scheduled for use. Requests should be made at least one month in advance of the observing run in order to ensure that support can be provided. A local coordinator from the UCB astronomy department must be present during observing, and can assist with observing during the night.
UCLA: UCLA allows external access, but only when arranged well in advance.
UCSB: UCSB welcomes outside astronomers provided that the facility is not scheduled for use. Several weeks' advance notice will be required to arrange access and insurance coverage for non-UCSB personnel.
UCSC: UCSC welcomes outside astronomers provided that the facility is not otherwise scheduled for use. Several weeks' advance notice will be required to arrange access.
Swinburne: Swinburne welcomes outside astronomers provided that the facility is not scheduled for use.
