NIKUG presentation run throughs

All SAs

• Sherry has created a NIKUG slack channel

• Randy: NIKUG will be hybrid

  • Plan for speakers to be in JNCR and platoon people in and out to satisfy max occupancy

  • Email indicated that 3 slots for SAs in room at any given time

  • Will have a common computer with presentations on day of meeting

  • No particular order to instrument presentations. They will be in second block of “observatory report” (10 inst + AO)

  • Other metrics and remote observing will be in first block
