• New policies regarding foreign science visitors/virtual observers are in the works.

• Kyle asked about the money. John says that we are waiting for the recess to end. Decisions expected by Sep 1, 2025

• These were developed ahead of the NIRC2 upgrade and they need to be refreshed.

• In particular, we should write something around data FITS formats. There are standards for this that are written up in the literature and are part of the KITN 39, but I think we should call out something specific given SCALES and HISPEC discussion.

• The meeting attendees provided input and comments to the document that have been added to it.
