Update Recmats on the Web

Recmat webpage is http://tkserver.keck.hawaii.edu/osiris/

 

  1. Log in as teamkeck@tkserver (password is in showpasswords)

  2. cd osiris/data (this is /tkdata1/osiris)

  3. mkdir yymmdd-yymmdd (date coded subdirectory)

  4. in another window as osrseng@napili

  5. cd /osiris-calib/SPEC/rectification/

  6. scp -p s250609_c002___infl_Hn3_050.fits.gz teamkeck@tkserver:/tkdata1/osiris/250414-yymmdd/

  7. from teamkeck@tkserver:/tkdata1/osiris/250414-yymmdd
    cd /tkdata1/webroot/osiris

  8. run make_recmats

For a new thermal cycle, edit the following first before running make_recmats:

  1. index.html: add your new subdirectory to the description table (under /tkdata1/home/teamkeck/osiris)

  1. make_recmats: add a description of your new subdirectory
