  • Primarily so management knows rate of vaccination

  • Council looking at making sure all people can join Zoom meetings from offices (this group has laptops, so not a problem fo us)

  • WiFi speed/reliability is a separate issue

• Jim: can management share vaccination rates?

  • Last value was in mid-60s for people with at least one dose

• Jim: should we return all borrowed equipment? Do we have to buy our own to maintain home office?

  • John: don’t buy just yet

  • For night support (e.g. 3am phone call), home office needs to be useful

  • John will look in to this

  • Ask computer support for computer equipment, if no answer, email John. Keep in mind, Josie is about to go on leave, Sysadmin will be thin.

• Excited to be back in person though we will still be working from home a lot given our schedules

• Current LRIS red plan has on sky engineering in late April, some question about how much of the night they will want to use.

  • 2 second halfs in late April available, 1 in early May

  • If LRIS Red is late, need to fill that engineering time

• Call for Eng Proposals just went out
