KOA Realtime Data Download Update

Chien-Hsu

  • We have the web based GUI that observers can use with release on Aug 1.

  • Through observer login page, additional users can be added through KOA user ids.

  • Email to be sent out prior to the observing run to remind observers about this system and to remember/create KOA id for observers.

  • More long term solution is a lookup table between KOA id and Keck PI login.

  • Next iteration to be more integrated with KeOla electronic observing logs.

  • Current version is only for the current date and refreshes at 00:00 UT.

  • Also, adding PyKOA instructions to most instrument post-observing webpages.
