Power Outage Procedure
Shut down instrument software in preparation for powering things off
Run CSUSTOP
Ensure detector is put to bed gently
Go to low power mode by turning off components in the electronics cabinet
Power down these components:
CSU Controller
CSU Drives
Jade 2
Computer
Ne lamp
Ar lamp
Guider focus galil
Guider camera electronics (these prevent frost on guider, so probably need to leave these on?)
Motor box
FCS controller
This leaves telemetry active (needs mosfireserver and vm-mosfire)
Could shut down Kaimana?
