Archon XVBias Board Removal |
| Performed on the Green Archon after XVBoard started failing. The XVBias board is only needed for the thicker (100um) STA devices; since both KPF CCDs are 30um-thick it can be removed. Note the Red Archon also has this board installed but it has not been removed as of June 2023. | ||||
Backup Computer Network Connections |
| Instructions on how to connect the KPF backup computer to the WMKO ops network. | ||||
Archon Grounding Strap Installation |
| The Archons were showing some fixed-pattern noise. This occurred at SSL and was fixed with better grounding of the Archons. These instructions show how to better ground the Archons to the vacuum chamber. | ||||
