  • Meeting on Friday for supervisors. one of the topics will be vacation usage. Ways to balance out the build-up of vacation time

  • Carlos has a question about observers in May. Randy is looking into it.

  • We should be warning May observers that operations will be disrupted in May as well

  • May is certainly out, June probably too for inbound observers

  • Pajamas mode might be the option for 2020A

Change VNC passwords for eng accounts

  • Suggestion is to change the vnc account for the engineering VNC screens to avoid the marsupial one

  • the new password is “he…” ask in slack if you forget

    • Procedure: login to your engineering account on the vnc host, vncpasswd

    • notify software

    • notify instrument techs

    • notify swoc
