Change VNC passwords for eng accounts

• Suggestion is to change the vnc account for the engineering VNC screens to avoid the marsupial one

• the new password is “he…” ask in slack if you forget

  • Procedure: login to your engineering account on the vnc host, vncpasswd

  • notify software

  • notify instrument techs

  • notify swoc

• Build the 2020B Team Keck TAC page in real time

• “Plus” sign on left hand side for add a page

• “Pencil” in top right for edit

• Type “/” (slash) to see list of macros

  • Same as the “plus” with the down carat in the top edit tool bar

• When done, “Publish” button in top right will save and notify “@” mentions and watchers

  • “…” in top right gives option to “Publish without notifying watchers”

• “Star this space” in top right to add a space to your left-hand tool bar

• “Spaces” are top level. Mostly should create a page or subpage of an existing space

• Entering a Date for an action item is a due date

• GD question: How best to attach Excel spreadsheet
