Pick the machine you'd like to be authorized on and open the Competency Profile.  This document will indicate the minimum requirements you must demonstrate to be of a certain competency level.

The profile will require you to review the following documents (preferably in this order):

1. S1-13 Machine Shop Safety Program (signature page included as attachment I)

2. Competency Profile (machine specific) / Safety Rules

3. Operators Manual (machine specific)

Once you've read through these doc's you can schedule your hands-on assessment with Matt Barnett, Rick Johnston or Adam Vandenberg.
