• UNO:

  • Combination of UNO and DSI are the future

  • Lots of things enabled by these two

  • Profile of UNO will rise a lot based on recent council discussion

  • SAs will need to be engaged in order for this to be a successful evolution

  • Will be discussed at all staff meeting

  • Next year will be critical for UNO

  • Jim: which SAs have hours on UNO?

    • Josh does, but KPF meeting collided, so have not been attending for last few months

    • Jim: can we get regular updates to this group?

  • John O: will request Bob to present to SA group

  • Council is asking for 3 things

    • Status, plan to completion, transition plan

• Observing Definition Tool (ODT)

• Tyler: what is goal today?

  • Randy: goal is ongoing iterative feedback

• Tyler demos ODT

• Start by selecting semester and program ID (e.g. 2022B_U048)

• Select OB from list, click edit button

• Do we want autosave? Yes, but complex.

• How used with a team of observers?

  • Do observers need to coordinate who is building?

  • All users authorized for a particular program ID can edit all OBs in that program
