• Shortlist turned over to the Board, which is slowing things down; confidentiality of certain people are a problem for site visits and such

• Uncertain what the next steps of the process are, working on it

• Jim will send out an email about documenting the successes and problems

• Max: Same GUIs, different backend

• Carlos: Seems like htere are more things to babysit and more of a learning curve of things to tweak to get good performance. Right now there is more to verify that the system actually does the tweaking we used to be able to trust it would do.
