  • John: working on it now. Discussion tomorrow at council. No later than mid-September.

• Seems like not all of us aware of what colleagues are up to and what is going on with other instruments

• Wants to find a way to share what is going on with each other.

• Randy is soliciting input on how to address this.

• Carlos: initial objective of SA coffee. Could use that.

• Kyle: Could structure projects to break out of silos

  • Get someone from outside of core expertise as sounding board

• Jim: each of us can go actively try to see what else is going on with short chats

• Carlos: coffee less effective because people still work during Zoom session

Student project ideas

• HS student Del Jordan in group. Last year worked with Jim and Randy.

• Randy is looking to see if anyone has project ideas for him

• He is coming in around 3pm, with us for the rest of this school year (until next May)

• Interested in getting in to science and robotics
