1:05 | Words from Randy | Randy | Pyramid-WFS officially no longer being used for science observations Currently scheduled pyramid nights will be changed. KPIC may become a selectable instrument in TCS gui - ECR needs to be submitted to make change Greg - most of his pyramid nights want to revert to NIRC2-LGS, do we have support? Sherry/Randy/Jim can support NIRC2-LGS Do change the schedule for these nights so that SIAS tells the daycrew to turn on the laser. Note - space command no longer answers the phone for changes so PIs need to get the list right in the first pass. Jim: Convoluted path to removing the space command clearing house from this process.

| UNO | Carolyn | Seeking feedback, come with questions/concerns Moving into the transition phase, which can be hard How do we use the new equipment and change policies for UNO SAs , Daycrew, Nightcrew communication here can help get us ready during this transition Chien-Hsiu - a slack channel for UNO comments Jim - A lot of things might be available but not be advertised including the alerton keyword service. Also we should verify that PDUs are correct so the wrong thing doesn’t get powered off John - Anything from senior management that can be done? Jim - if Bob meeks retires, do we have a path forward? Randy - Another key to this working well, is to have resources set aside as things are ongoing Randy - Think of unique situations where we might need special handle

Delaying release until we understand this issue. 1:48 | Feb 28th Power Shutdown | Randy | Feb 28 - replace breaker on generator backup circuit and will require power to shut down, may be down most of the day. everything on clean power that can be shut down will be shut down, the UPS systems will keep their power up if we reduce other loads Hoping that the shutdown may not take too long, but planning for power to be lost to most/all systems in the worst case Scheduling engineering that night for both telescopes K1 Feb 23rd cooling will be off for a while, hoping just opening cabinet doors will be sufficient Kyle - is the KPF team aware of this? Will have just spent a couple of weeks bring the instrument back from shutdown and on sky for a couple of nights Randy will make Josh aware of this separately if he isn’t already
